These terms apply to the free templates and the paid RAMS generator on this website. Please read them before you download a template or buy a document.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Edwards Bros (Spaldwick) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 00598511, registered office Fenland House, 15B Hostmoor Avenue, March, Cambridgeshire, PE15 0AX. VAT number: [VAT number to be added]. Contact: [contact email to be added].

2. What we provide

We provide document templates and a tool that produces a document from the answers you give. We do not provide health and safety advice, and we do not check or certify that any document is suitable for your work. You are responsible for assessing the risks of your own work and for making sure any document you produce is suitable and sufficient for the task, the site and the people involved.

3. Free templates

You may download the templates and adapt them for your own business's work. You may not sell, republish or redistribute the templates themselves.

4. Buying a generated document

• The price is shown before you pay and includes VAT. A single document costs £19 including VAT.
• Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe. Your contract with us is formed when payment is confirmed.
• Your document is produced from your answers and supplied immediately after payment, as a Word file downloaded to your device.
• Your answers are saved only in your own browser until your document is supplied. If you clear your browser or change device before downloading, contact us with your payment reference.

5. Cancellation

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because your document is supplied immediately, we will only supply it once you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once supply begins. If you buy for your business, consumer cancellation rights do not apply.

6. If something goes wrong

If your document fails to download or is not produced correctly from your answers, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your legal rights.

7. Our liability

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
• Subject to that, our total liability to you for any document is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• The free templates are provided as they are, free of charge.
• If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
